Red Deer Lake School Engagement Session

It’s a long one today folks! There were just so many awesome components to Sam and Cody’s Engagement Session that I just had to share!

When Samantha first contacted me, she told me that her and Cody “are not a very lovey dovey couple and are more likely to throw water balloons at each other than wander aimlessly down a road holding hands.” So AWESOME! I’m always up for something a bit different – and since Samantha is a teacher, this one-room schoolhouse was the absolute perfect location for our session. While I think these two rocked out some nice romantic photos, we also had a BLAST playing with chalk, silly string, water guns, and water balloons. And basically just laughing the entire time. I mean, when I ask a guy to tickle his bride-to-be, I usually expect that it will prompt a little giggle and a natural smile. What I did not anticipate is that they would have a full out tickle war while rolling around on the ground! These two definitely commit to the moment, and we got some pretty awesome engagement photos because of it.

Sam and Cody brought along their little pup Bittie who supervised all our antics and just added to the cuteness factor.
