“How often I wonder if you are thinking of me at the exact moment I am thinking of you.” -Tyler Knott Gregson
Once upon a time in Egypt, a boy named George was out for a ride with his family when their car broke down on the side of the road. Waiting for help, another family with a young daughter, Youstina, was driving by and noticed their need for help. The two families got to talking and started up a friendship. They would gather together and the children would play while the grownups ate and talked.
A few years later, both families would move to North America, George’s to Calgary, and Youstina’s to California. Wanting to maintain their friendship despite the distance, the families made plans every so often to visit one another’s homes. And on one of these trips, sparks would fly, and the rest is history!
George proposed on a hike in the mountains, so during a visit to the great white north we got together and photographed their engagement session in the beautiful Rocky Mountains. This California girl braved the cold of our long winter and these two couldn’t contain their joy and love for one another.
