Any day that I get to eat cookies while I’m working is a good day. JR & Christina baked some chocolate chip cookies for their engagement session at home, and they were DEEE-licious! They took their adorable dog, Zeus, for a walk in the community and then we had the most amazing, romantic sunset to finish off the evening.

AmandaEve {Of Gypsies and Butterflies} Calgary Headshot Photographers

AmandaEve is graduating with her degree in Vocal Performance! She’s been working on it for a long time, in between other studies and having a new baby.

She is excited to showcase her talent in a Senior Recital on June 21st at First Baptist Church in Calgary. Admission is FREE, and she will be featuring works by Bach, Dvorak, Raminsh, Faure, Glinka, Tchaikovsky, and Glick. Make sure to check out the official poster at the bottom of this page and mark your calendars for an evening of beautiful, classical music.

AmandaEve Slattery’s Senior Recital in Vocal Performance will be held at First Baptist Church on June 21st at 7PM. Admission is free and you can RSVP to this event on Facebook. Colleen Roller will be accompanying AmandaEve on Piano, and Tara Marlena Laberge is artistic director.

It was an honour to work with some of Calgary’s best local wedding vendors on this table for the Gem Issue of the Calgary Bridal Guide.

This was my first opportunity to photograph anything like this. I had a great time meeting some fabulous ladies who run fantastic businesses here in Calgary. I look forward to more opportunities to get to know those in the wedding industry.

The Gem Issue of the Calgary Bridal Guide hit stands in the Fall of 2014. The Spring/Summer edition was just released in time for The Wedding Fair. It is a fantastic resource for Calgary Brides, featuring local vendors as well as helpful tips for planning your wedding.

You can find my photographs on pages 30-31, 143, and my ad is on page 158 (The magazine was released before my re-brand in November 2014, so it will be listed under CRJ Photography.)
